Corporate Structure

Housing Opportunities, Inc. (HOI) is the parent organization and holds the 501(c)(3) IRS tax exemption status for the entire corporate structure. With nine full-time and two part-time team members, we provide the administrative, fundraising, marketing, financial, accounting and cash management services. In addition, we have a financial lending division, which includes underwriting, affordable mortgage loan products and loan servicing.
